When you call, please have your possible flight choices ready (use the flight schedule to the right). In addition, you will need the following information:
Names of travelers
Date of hire of the employee/retiree
Employee ID
Contact number (preferably a mobile number)
E-mail address
Paper Ticket number (this is required by some airlines)
Try calling outside of busy times and be courteous to your fellow employee.
