Accor Hotels
- First get your corporate contract booking code and your contract numbers from your pass travel office
- Go to http://www.accorhotels.com, enter your city, arrival date and number of nights and check the box that says “Company with a contract” and click “OK”
- On the next screen under “Corporate contract booking” enter the “Company Accord ID code and the “Contract number.” Click “Search” and if your company’s rates are available it will be displayed otherwise the regular rates will be displayed.
- You must present your airline ID on arrival to receive the discounted rate, otherwise the full rate will be charged.
Country Inns and Suites
Most Country Inns are really nice. They offer rates for all airlines and distressed passengers. We also offer shuttle and free cabs if you land or get stranded after our shuttle stops.
Hilton Hotels
Just go to www.hilton.co.uk, enter the location, select your dates and enter the code “AL” to secure the discounted rate. You must present your airline ID on arrival to receive the discounted rate, otherwise the full rate will be charged.
