Great site! Thanks for all of the work! :)

  4. ann marie says:

Sorry but this new site takes way too long to download on my pda. It used to be quick and easy when I’m on the go now way to hard to get the info I need.

  5. ELIZABETH says:

    LOVE new look :)
And site is faster and more functional!!

  6. Daniel Struve says:

    Hello,

My mother-in-law is flying into LHR from GYD(Baku) on a revenue ticket and LHR to Houston on a Buddy pass through my employer(Continental Airlines). We need help finding out if she is going to be able to get her bags to check them in to Continental since she doesn’t have a TWOV(transit without a visa). she has a US Visa but no visa for the UK. the plane from Baku arrives in Terminal 4 and the plane to Houston also departs from terminal 4. Can anyone advise or give a phone number? PS, your captcha is broken.

  7. passrider says:

Good deal Carl. I’m glad that we are finally able to add that feature.

  8. passrider says:

    Hi Daniel,

Thanks for the feedback, I suggest that you contact the pass office at Continental or a Continental Reservations agent as they can better assist you. You can find phone numbers at http://passrider.com/reservations/.

You can also check visa requirements at http://www.iatatravelcentre.com/travelinformation.php.

I think the issue you may have is that if she does not make the flight in London, then she does not have a visa to stay in London. I had a friend who’s mother was coming from India to the U.S. via London and the airline rerouted her via another European city as she did not have a transit visa for London.

    Good luck.

I love the new site. It looks great! Thanks for providing this free service to all of us. It really makes non-revving a lot less stressful and easier. I would like to see a feature that allows duplicate fights (codeshare flights) to be consolidated into just one flight displayed. Also what is the difference between non-stop and direct? Thanks again for all of your hard work.

  13. Bizon says:

Love it! I use your website all the time, thanks for the service. Much easier to use.

  14. John says:

Good design but not iPhone friendly.

  15. passrider says:

    Thanks John.
You can find an iPhone version at http://mobile.passrider.com.

  18. Joy says:

New here. CAnnot figure out how to use the flight schedule gizmo. What am I supposed to type in the Depart and Arrive field???? I’ve tried 7am and 5:50pm and other choices, but keep getting an error. What is the correct format? Thanks.

  19. Corey says:

After the first page loads on my Palm Centro it goes to a page that just says “passrider.com mobile” in blue letters with no options to enter departure city or anything. Is it just me or is it the new sight?

  20. passrider says:

    Hi Corey,

Thank you for this comment. This may be an issue with how the Palm Centro reads our page. We will look into this to see if we can offer any kind of fix. Any ideas from anyone out there?

  21. Rob says:

Can you no longer just put in the airport identifier in the flight schedule search box. I keep getting an error in the from and to boxes when I try to search based on the airport i.d. Did something change?

  22. John says:

I want to be able to just enter the 3 letter airport code like I used to instead of having to type in the city and select it from the drop down list. Why can’t you just type in the code anymore, that was much quicker.

  23. vtensei says:

Hi. I love one feature…that the date field is automatically filled in with today’s date.

But, I HATE one other change…it seems I now have to type a city NAME, wait for the pop-up list of possible airports, then click on an airport to select it – for both departure and destination.

Previously, I could just type “DEN”, tab, and type “PVR” and get all the flights from Denver to Puerto Vallarta, for example

Please, please, please re-enable the use of simple airport codes in these fields!!!

  24. Henry says:

I’ve had the same problem as Joy, nothing I type into the Depart or Arrive fields comes up with anything other than a page that in big letters says “Missing From” I’ve put in Airport codes (more than 20 different ones) Times (standard and military) Airline names and codes, city names. Maybe I’m just doing something wrong but as far as I can tell there’s something wrong with this site…

  25. Chas says:

I like the new site, but despise the fact I can’t use airport 3-letter identifiers anymore in the schedule function. In fact, it doesn’t recognize Malta (MLA) at all. In any case, it looks pretty, but I still liked being able to input either ICAO or FAA identifiers.

  26. beth says:

Why don’t you have Allegiant Air’s flight listed? They offer some direct flights to some airports, which makes a commute a little better at times (plus they don’t over book so often easy to travel non rev on)

  27. waldenav says:

This web site has not been working for the last couple days. Keeps popping up with a “Missing From” window but ALL fields are filled in::-(

  28. Torrey Peterson says:

Constantly getting a “Missing from” message when attempting to find a flight. I first thought it a temporary glitch, but has been going on for over 24 hours.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there a problem with the site?

    Thanks,

    Torrey Peterson

  29. Torrey Peterson says:

As soon as I sent the last comment, I went back and tried again – VOILA! – all is working as advertised.

Thanks for a great tool for those of us stuck with commuting for a living.

    Torrey

  30. Chas says:

Okay, with the fixed 3-letter identifiers in the schedule function, I love the new site! Well done! Keep up the good work and thanks for the website!

  31. passrider says:

    Hi Chas,
    Thanks for the compliments.

We’ve been working on some updates and moved them into the live site before they are done.
Our apologies to yourself and the others about that.

    Thank you Beth,

We will look into adding Allegiant Air; at the moment, we don’t get their schedules.

  35. Linda says:

I was having problems then everything was resolved yesterday….I’m lovin’ it! I use this site on an almost daily basis so I am thrilled with the updates…

  36. Rob says:

Thanks for the update and bringing back the 3 letter identifier. And as everyone else can attest to the pop up calendar is probably one of the best new features. Thanks for this site.

  37. Nicki Hernandez says:

I used to love PassRider, now when the date calander pops up it won’t change the date, what’s going on?

  38. passrider says:

    Hi Nicki,

Sorry to hear about the issue you are having. Can you elaborate on what is happening?

  39. Geoff says:

I have a new EnV3 on Verizon. Passrider does not work on the mobile web. Does anyone know why?

  40. passrider says:

    Hi Geoff,
What kind of error are you receiving?
Have you tried going to http://mobile.passrider.com on your device?

  41. Mike Johnson says:

Site is great and easy to nav. I am a Sun Country pilot. I see that none of or flts are listed on passrider. but we are in the OAG. (see suncountry.com) Also does anyone know how we might get approved for ‘ZED” fares. I will set it up for our company and then all passriders could get ZED fares on Sun Country.

  42. Heather says:

I like the new website, however, I too cannot access it on my Blackberry. For commuting purposes I send an attachment to my email the night before with passrider info page for day of travel then I just open up my email if I need information. Also just got the new HTC Hero phone…..you can access it on there!!!Happy Flying!

  43. asdkfj says:

sucks I just want to look up flight times for a commute and It is now confusing and did I mention the web site sucks

  44. Terry S. says:

Mentioned this in the other category…

You should really try to eliminate the duplicate flights which are ‘codeshare’ in the search results…

For example, searching ORD-DEN shows 3 airlines at 11:55 AM:

    (i)_ORD_11:55am_DEN__1:37pm___2h42m___United_757_G__320
    (i)_ORD_11:55am_DEN__1:37pm___2h42m___Continen_6615_G__320
    (i)_ORD_11:55am_DEN__1:37pm___2h42m___USAirway_6419_G__320

When in reality they are all the ‘same’ flight, operated by United. Removing the duplicate codeshare flights would greatly simplify the results page and allow us to find what we’re looking for much faster.

  45. BryanL says:

I can’t make get the schedule to work in Firefox. The main page loads fine, but I get the error “Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at mm.flightlookup.com:8000.” on the new schedule window. Works fine in IE on the same machine.

And I second the call for eliminating the code share listings!

  46. Flygirl says:

I hadn’t used passrider in ages so I forgot what the old site looks like. So far this seems fine.

  47. Alex M. says:

Yeh, you seriously should get rid of the multiple codeshare results… that’s a nightmare to sift through all those listing. Cheers.

  48. d. rice says:

    what happened to JetBlue flights?

  49. John F. says:

When I click on the “show schedule” link. The page sometimes will not come up. I have this problem on mutliply computers, which make s me think its something with your website. I find this very frustrating when I’m trying to find a way to get to work.
