I like the old site better. I just need info not pictures or forums. The new site is too slow.
I wish the loads for the flights could be published
Never heard of this before today and I’m amazed. Get this right and you’ll make a fortune. Sell it to Delta, they could use it.
I agree, the old site was much better. This one has way too much noise. I need flight information, not a lot of useless jabber. Who cares about TV shows or sob stories about being bumped? I’m just trying to get to work.
Hi Mike,
Thank you for your comment. We always have to try to balance the site for all users.

My first impression about the new design – even before I read any user comments — was that the site is too cluttered. Simple, quick, efficient is what what we want.
In any event, thank you for the website.
I am surprised you do not have WestJet Airlines listed on your search preferences, please include.
Hi Dave,
Initially, we did not have these schedules, but we do now, so we will add that airline shortly.
Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
If you do WestJet routes though, you will see that airline included.

Hi! I love the site, but I’ve run into a problem with the mobile side of it:
When using the browser on Kindle, since the kindle does not support multiple windows (as I suspect is the case with a few mobile devices) I cannot check your web site using it.
Could you set it up so a new window is not required to be opened for the mobile side of the site? The main reason I got the 3G version of the Kindle was to be able to use passrider.com.
Thank you for the service you provide!
I like the old site better. The new site is slow and often does not work, which a problem in the middle of a commute. While you may be making an attempt to please a larger group of people, those if us that need basic information in a hurry are left without. Any chance you could revive the old site in a different location?
Thanks, Bob
I love this site. What a gift to us airline employees, I am posting it on our airline FA website. It is just too good to keep to myself. I love the fact that I don’t have to sign up to use it or give any information. Thank you to the ‘powers that be’ who are running this site.
L.
Thank you for your support and glad you like the site’s content.

I would love to see connections displayed for multiple airlines. Looks like your site will only show connections on one airline between a city pair. Like when going from SFO to LGA via ORD, it’ll show a routing on AA, then another AA flight. Or just UAL to UAL. The old site I use to use would show, take AA flight to ORD, then switch to DL for the second leg. It was very helpful. Or MSP to DEN to SEA, it should show maybe a Frontier flight to DEN, then a Alaska flight to SEA. It really comes in handy for those of us who can ride on any airline.
Yeah Chris, I know what you mean. We are working on ways to make the results better.
